4 color separation screenprint
lovely print work. i have done an intricate three max.
That looks like it was really difficult. I always had issues with registry when I was printmaking.
The actual printing isn't difficult at all Remembering which layer is cyan, magenta, yellow, or key is the hardest part because the designs on the screen are a little bit hard to distinguish The key registration on this print is a little off (you can tell in the foot) Pinhole registration is the best, but it's a waste of paper. I use flap and t-bar registration. I take a piece of acetate and tape one side of it to the table then print the design on it, then I slide the paper I want to print on underneath and position it where I want the design to print. Last, I take a few pieces of tape and mark the edge of the paper on the table so I know where to lay the paper so each print is uniform. Rinse and repeat with each color/layer
